How long does it take to see our photos?
Photos will be posted online approximately 1 month after your wedding day. Portrait and engagement photos will be available in 2 weeks or less.
How do we view our photos after the shoot?
Wedding clients will receive an email from our studio with a web link to your custom site. Portrait clients will arrange an appointment to view their proofs in the studio.
How long will my photos be available online?
Weddings will be available for 3 months after the release of your event. Portraits will be posted for 1 month after your first print order placed through the studio. CFL clients have a web site that can be extended indefinitely.
What is the time frame for the delivery of hi res images?
If you are contracted to receive your digital negatives, time frames vary. For shoot only packages, images will be delivered after the wedding is posted and viewed online. For packages with albums, images will be delivered with your album. Engagement images will be delivered with your wedding images and will not be released prior to your wedding. Digital negatives are not available to portrait clients.
What is the time frame for the delivery of albums?
You have 6 weeks after the release of your photos to choose your favorites for your album. From the date you give KCP your photo selections, Magazine Style and Couture books take approximately 3 months to design, print and bind. Coffee table books can be delivered in less than 6 weeks. Smaller proof style books are ready in approximately 2 weeks.
What is the time frame for the delivery of prints and slide shows?
Prints up to 11×14 are ready in approximately 10 days or less. Times for larger prints that require mounting, framing and retouching vary from 2-6 weeks. Slide shows take about 2-3 weeks to build.
When do we schedule our engagement session?
Engagements should be completed no later than 2 months before your wedding day.
What do I wear for my engagement or portrait session?
What you wear for your shoot is very important and varies according to location and individual tastes. Please contact the studio to discuss ideas.
When are payments due?
Weddings: A 1/3 non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your date. Full payment is due 1 month prior to your wedding day. Portraits session fees must be paid in full to reserve your session date. Print and album orders must be paid in full at the time of your order.
